THREE PLUNGER PUMP FLUID END
The complete set of F2000Q high-pressure plunger pump is maximum pressure is up to 100MPa. The liquid end (1000bar). The forced lubrication system of the power end solves the friction and overheating problem of long-term gear engaging. The domestic liquid end (pressure below 1000bar) can be completely exchanged with liquid end. Therefore, it can satisfy with pressure and flow rate requirements by only replacing liquid end, meanwhile, it solves the high cost issue of replacing parts as well. The "super simple maintenance " feature will benefit you a lot.

DIESEL ENGINE
QSB8.9-C360-31 Cummins diesel engine is adopted to meet the national IIIemission standards,rated power/speed 294kw@1900,peak torque 1500N.m@1100~1800rpm.
High pressure common rail fuel system (HOCR) is adopted to ensure the accelerator responds fast at different RPMs,btrrer power performance and fuel economy,and lower noise.
The mature intelligent electronic control technology can switch the working mode according to the environment and operating conditions,and has the functions ofg self diagnosis,alarm and remote monitoring.
Equipped with 3000RPM,0.9M3/min air compressor to meet the requirements of surface and tube bundle cleaning peeumatic rotary gun.
HIGH STRENGTH INTEGRAL BASIC PALLET
The Basic Pallet is designed with and integral reinforced steel beam to ensure that the pump and motor are firmly fixed.
The important welding joints of the Basic Pallet shall be double-sided full welding and corrected after welding.
The Basic Pallet adopts vibration aging treatment to remove the internal residual stress to ensure the chassis is not deformed.
The Basic Pallet contains toolbox,miniaturized air pump,which makes the whole equipment simple.
COMTAINER COVER
Removable container cover assembly for easy replacement.
The container is customized to facilitate the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
The container adopes cold-rolled plate as a whole sandblasted plastic spray treatment to meet the requirements of Marine anti-corrosion.
