1：TowerFilter
The machine adopts a stainless steel filter with a novel structure, mainly composed of a filter barrel, a filter barrel cover, a quick opening structure, and a filtering accuracy of 5 μ M filter bag and other components. The liquid flows into the filter bag from the side inlet of the filter housing, and flows out from the outlet after being filtered by the filter bag. Impurities are effectively trapped in the filter bag, allowing high-quality water to enter the machine for operation. The equipment is very convenient to replace filter bags, and basically does not consume materials.

2 PER-FILTER
The central prefilter adopts 316L stainless steel filter screen, with a filtering accuracy of 40~60 μ m. It can block the vast majority of large particle impurities, achieve purification effect by separating water and solute, effectively protect the service life of the machine, and has the function of countercurrent blowdown and rapid backwash, without the need for disassembly and cleaning.

3:WATER COOLED REAR COVER
The new DSPEP high-pressure plunger pump adopts a special rear cover design that allows a portion of water to flow through the condensate pipe into the water cooled rear cover to reduce the temperature inside the pump, and then the water flows back from the outlet pipe to increase the circulating work inside the pump, thereby extending the service life of the pump.
4:COUPLING
The connection between the flange and the plunger pump is fixed with eight screws, making it more secure. The wear-resistant coupling pad can withstand temperatures up to 160 ℃ and has a longer service life.
5:BOOSTER SELF-PRIMING PUMP
The booster self priming pump has two major functions: pressurization and self priming, which can automatically absorb water and bring the water in the inlet pipe into the filtering device faster.
6:SAFETY VALVE
The distribution box adopts Chint Electric with soft start, which has the functions of overload protection, phase loss protection, and leakage protection against voltage instability; Soft start enables the machine to start at a low rotational speed, better protecting the motor.
