1:Drive mode:

Pulsar (PSR) nozzles use a fluid driven impeller inside the nozzle as a power source, eliminating the need to connect power and air sources, and can be automatically cleaned by connecting to a pressurized cleaning pipeline.

3. Method of placing the nozzle inside the tank:

Because the nozzle uses the spherical cleaning technology of spherical space 360, the cleaning trajectory is similar to the longitude and latitude lines of the Earth, and the cleaning trajectory at the two poles of the ball is denser than the trajectory near the equator. Therefore, in order to achieve the best working state of the nozzle when working, it is necessary to make the axis of the nozzle coincide or parallel to the axis of the tank body as much as possible. That is, let the two poles of the spherical mesh track, that is, let the areas with dense tracks clean away from the spray head, and let the spray head be placed in the center of the tank as much as possible. As shown in the figure, if it is an irregularly shaped tank body, please place the axis of the nozzle along the direction of the far cleaning distance.

Matters needing attention:

1:It is strictly prohibited to arbitrarily screw the nozzle base to avoid damaging the reducer.

2:"When passing through low flash point fluids, such as gasoline, nitrogen replacement is required and the nozzle is grounded to prevent explosion or combustion due to fluid impingement.".

3:The nozzle shall not pass through high-temperature and high-pressure gas to prevent high-speed rotation from damaging the sealing ring.

4:When the working environment is flammable and explosive, it is necessary to conduct air replacement before cleaning.

5:When the workplace is flammable and explosive, please ground the nozzle to prevent electrostatic sparks.

6:If the cleaning fluid is not clean, install a filter to prevent clogging of the nozzle.

Working principle:

The PSR (Pulsar) nozzle uses a fluid driven impeller inside the nozzle as the power source. The impeller drives the planetary gear reducer inside the nozzle, which drives the nozzle base to rotate. The nozzle base and the nozzle ring mesh through the bevel gear and drive the nozzle ring to rotate, forming two degrees of freedom of rotation in the vertical direction, which in turn causes the nozzle to rotate and rotate to form a spatial 360 degree spherical curve, truly achieving blind spot free full coverage cleaning.
